Today is our last day so we let the kids slept in a little. Reed, Chloe and I went to the Resort Bakery to get breakfast. I needed to try the chocolate croissants! They did not disappoint.
We took some breakfast back to the room for Chance and Christian and then packed up our stuff. All of our balloons still looked brand new so as we checked out of our resort we found families with kids that looked like they were checking in. After we left our bags with the Resort, we boarded a bus to Downtown Disney.
The bus let us out right by the Christmas store. I love Disney’s Days of Christmas store they tell you Merry Christmas all year! We enjoyed The Art of Disney, Once Upon A Toy, and World of Disney Store. After shopping we were hungry and the lady that sat next to us on the plane told us her favorite place to eat in Orlando is Fulton’s Crab House Riverboat. We understand why it is her favorite. It is now our favorite. If you like seafood, you must eat here.
After we ate we went bowling at Splitsville Luxury Lanes. We practically had the whole upstairs to ourselves. After bowling we wanted to ride the ferry boat back to our Resort but it was not running due to wind. So, we took a bus back to our resort where shortly after we were picked up by the Magical Express, which took us to the Airport. Spirit was of course unorganized and slow getting checked in but we got a good deal. Not really sure that we will fly Spirit again. We arrived back in DFW safely on on-time.

I mentioned in my last post that a guy I went to high school with offered Chance and I an amazing Anniversary getaway. He works for the Crowne Plaza Suites Dallas Park Central. He gave us 2 free nights, chocolate covered strawberries, champagne, and breakfast both mornings! We had a great time!!! The hotel was very nice and very clean. All the rooms are suites, which was so nice. This would be a great hotel for women’s retreats.
Thank you again Del! Give him a call if you need to book an event or a personal stay!
We went to San Antonio Friday, with some good friends for vacation. Tommy & Stephanie have 2 boys our boys ages and all 4 boys get along very well. We stayed at the Hilton Hill Country Resort & Spa. It was very kid friendly, but yet very nice for adults. They had 3 pools, 5 or 6 fire pits, movies in the courtyard, poolside restraunt and drink bar, and it was very close to Sea World. Our room was also very nice. I would highly recommend this hotel if you take your kids to Sea World anytime soon. Friday we shopped on the drive in to SA then we checked in and took the boys swimming. Saturday morning we woke up and headed straight to Sea World. We stayed at Sea World till the boys couldn’t take it anymore, then went back to the hotel to swim. Sunday we woke up later at breakfast then went to Sea World to do the water park. We were done by late afternoon, so we went back to the hotel relaxed then took the boys swimming. Monday we went to breakfast then went to the Alamo and Riverwalk. We took the boat ride down the river and learned some neat history, then went to eat Mexican Food! After the Riverwalk we hit the road to come home and get our precious girl that we missed so much!!! She was so happy to see us, but she had a great time playing with my parents while we were gone.
