The Doc is in…

Have you seen the cute new show Doc McStuffins on Disney Junior?  Well if not you should drop by our house.  We love it!  Super cute and sweet!

The show inspired me to do Chloe’s 4th birthday party medical/Doc McStuffins theme.

I have a very talented friend Catherine at Everything Design that helped me do the invitations, water bottle wraps and cupcake toppers.

As Chloe’s friends arrived they received a Dr.’s coat (boys white undershirts-cut up the middle) and a hospital bracelet.  On the hospital bracelet I asked them their age and the weighed them.  It would have been fun to measure them as well, but they were ready to play.

They were then ready to diagnose some serious problems and help administer first aid.  The kids loved this and spent much longer doing this than I thought they would.

First Aid was fully equipped with a Dr’s kit, rubber gloves, popsicle sticks, blood pressure cuff, felt band-aids, guaze, etc. and the patients (stuffed animals).

After First Aid they could color and draw in their own Book of Boo-boo’s (mini composition notebooks).
